Regular sessions begin (2 per week), starting with basic exercises like breathing, stretching, and balance. You’ll receive monthly progress updates, so you always know how your parents are doing.
The trainer visits your parents at home, builds trust, and understands their comfort level. After this first session, a customized fitness plan is created - gentle, safe, and designed to ease them into a healthier routine. Duration: 45 min
